N.H. Admin. Code § Nur 404.09

Section Nur 404.09 - Circumstances Permitting the Performance by a MNA of Tasks Involving the Administration of Medication

A MNA shall perform a task involving the administration of medication only if:

(a) The task has been delegated to the MNA by a licensed nurse in accordance with the provisions of Nur 404; and

(b) The delegation is not prohibited by Nur 404.04.
