Section Nur 404.08 - Obligations of Licensees as Delegatees(a) A licensee to whom a specific task of client care has been delegated shall perform that task in accordance with RSA 326-B and these rules.(b) A delegatee who is a licensee shall wear a badge showing the delegatee's name and title when performing the delegated task of client care.(c) A delegatee who is a licensee shall report to the board the fact of any delegation which the delegatee believes to be beyond his or her competency.N.H.
