Section Mirt 402.03 - Procedures for Renewing a License Within One Year of the Date the License Lapsed for Non-renewal(a) Within the 12 months immediately preceding the date the license lapsed for non-renewal the licensee shall submit by delivery of the completed renewal application and supporting documents by hand or through the mail.(b) The licensee shall pay the renewal fee, pursuant to Mirt 305.01; and(c) The licensee shall pay an additional late fee of a $22 per month the renewal is late. Assessment of the late renewal fee shall not exceed 12 months.N.H. Admin. Code § Mirt 402.03
