Section Mirt 402.02 - License Renewal Procedure
(a) A licensee wishing to renew his or her current license shall:
(1) Submit the completed renewal application packet described in Mirt 402.04; and
(2) Do so by one of the following 3 methods:
a. By delivery of the completed renewal application and supporting documents by hand on or before the last day of the licensee's birth month in the renewal year or delivery by mail postmarked on or before that date;
b. Complete a renewal application by using the designated on-line renewal system on or before the last day of the month of the licensee's birth in the renewal year; or
c. If the renewal applicant is on active military duty outside the United States, by delivery of the completed renewal application and supporting documents by hand or mail within 60 days of the renewal applicant's return to the United States or release from duty, whichever occurs later.
(b) Pursuant to RSA 328-J:15, II, licensees who fail to renew shall have their license lapse if the renewal applicant does not submit the completed renewal application form and supporting documents within one of the time periods set forth in (a)(2) above.
(c) Renewal applicants whose licenses have lapsed shall not practice until their licenses have been renewed with the late fee or reinstated by the board.
