Section Mil 201.10 - Disqualification or Suspension(a) After notice and opportunity for a hearing and a finding of misconduct by any individual relating to representation before the board, the individual shall be disqualified from acting as a representative before the board.(b) A finding of misconduct shall be based on the following actions or behaviors:(1) Obstruction of fair, due process;(2) Disruption of the orderly conduct of procedure; or(3) Willful action which results in prejudice to other parties.(c) If a representative is disqualified or suspended, the board shall postpone the matter to allow the party being represented to procure alternative representation.N.H.
