Section Mil 201.09 - Appearances Before The Board(a) A person may appear in a proceeding by personal attendance or through the attendance of a representative appointed by the person.(b) Representatives shall be knowledgeable about the subject matter of the appeal.(c) The representative shall present to the board prior to the commencement of the hearing a letter signed by the person he or she is representing giving him or her the authority to act as representative.N.H.
