Pursuant to 407 of the Social Security Act as amended by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996(PRWORA), 2 parent families where both parents are receiving NHEP financial assistance shall participate in the NHEP in the manner described in He-W 637.26.
