Section He-W 544.15 - Hospice Payment Limitations and Adjustments(a) Hospice payments for inpatient care shall be limited and paid in accordance with 42 CFR 418.302 (a), (b), (c), and (g).(b) Hospice payments for inpatient care shall be considered to be interim payments with adjustments made for any payments over the limit.(c) Hospice providers shall refund any excess reimbursement as determined and requested by the department in accordance with (a) and (b) above.N.H.
