Section He-P 2153.08 - Change in Ownership(a) When there is a change in ownership, the new owner shall submit the items required for initial applicants under He-P 2153.01 to the department at least 30 days prior to the change in ownership.(b) Upon receipt and processing of the items required by (a) above, and after an inspection conducted in accordance with He-P 2154, which determines compliance with the NSSP Guide, as incorporated by reference in He-P 2152.01, the department shall issue an initial certification reflecting the change in ownership.(c) The issuance of an initial certification due to a change in ownership shall void the certificate of the previous owner on the date the change of ownership occurs.N.H.
