Section He-M 204.09 - Emergency Action(a) Agencies and peer support agencies shall take emergency action on all complaints when there exists an act or circumstance that, if not promptly corrected or resolved, will likely result in serious harm to the individual, other persons, or property.(b) An agency or peer support agency shall immediately take steps to protect the safety of the individuals involved.N.H.
