Section He-M 1007.07 - Periodic Payments(a) Tenants shall make periodic payments to the provider.(b) The provider shall determine a periodic payment amount not to exceed 5% of the tenant's net monthly income.(c) At the same time that the provider issues a certificate of HSG, it shall: (1) Issue to the tenant a coupon book for periodic payments; or(2) Initiate billing the tenant via monthly statements.N.H.
