Section He-C 801.05 - Data Collection(a) The data collected from the health professions surveys shall be used to provide reporting on: (1) Current and projected workforce needs;(2) Survey participation rates;(3) Health status of rural residents; and(4) Other ways of expanding primary care capacity and access.(b) Health care provider information collected for both the survey and the opt-out form shall be: (1) Kept confidential and exempt from disclosure for individuals pursuant to RSA 91-A and RSA 126-A:5, XVIII-a(c) ; and(2) Reported only in the aggregate for reporting and publishing purposes.N.H.
