Section He-C 6450.22 - Child Management(a) The experiential/wilderness facility shall have policies to assist staff in making decisions regarding discipline, conduct, and management of juveniles.(b) The policies required by (a) above shall include: (1) The definition of appropriate behavior of juveniles;(2) Acceptable staff responses to inappropriate behavior; and(3) Measures for positive responses.(c) The experiential/wilderness facility shall have a system of documenting inappropriate behaviors of juveniles that includes interventions that staff used in response to the juvenile's conduct.N.H.
