Section He-C 6450.09 - Penalties

(a) Any person who willfully violates any provision of RSA 170-E:24 - 49 or any rules adopted by the department pursuant to RSA 541-A to enforce these laws, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, pursuant to RSA 170-E:45.

(b) DCYF shall institute action to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of the rules in He-C 6450.
