Section He-C 6450.04 - Inspections

(a) A site visit team from DCYF shall visit the physical plant to determine compliance with the requirements for licensing on He-C 6450.

(b) At least 2 inspection visits shall be made during the licensing period pursuant to RSA 170-E:31, IV.

(c) At least one visit shall be unannounced, pursuant to RSA 170-E:31, IV.
