Section He-C 6355.07 - Referrals and Admissions to a Foster Care Program(a) The foster care program shall make the following information available to the parent(s) or guardian(s) during the admission process: (1) The philosophy of the program;(2) Typical routines of the foster family;(3) The behavior management and disciplinary practices of the program;(4) Any specific treatment strategy used by the program;(5) Policies on visitation and other communication with the child;(6) The services provided to families and the associated costs;(7) Procedures that the parent(s) or guardian(s) may use to provide input about the care of the child;(8) The name and telephone number of staff at the foster care program that the parent(s) or guardian(s) may contact;(9) A description of any religious practices or services available to children;(10) How the educational needs of children are met; and(11) How health and medical needs of children are met.(b) Should the parent(s) or guardian(s) not participate in the admissions process, the same information required in (a) above shall be mailed to them within 7 days of intake. If the parent's location is unknown, the information shall be provided to DCYF for service to the parent when located.N.H. Admin. Code § He-C 6355.07
