Section He-C 6354.02 - Definitions(a) "Indicator" means a measure, for which data is available, that helps quantify the achievement of a desired result or outcome, pursuant to He-C 6352.05.(b) "Outcome" means a condition of well-being for children, families, or communities, pursuant to He-C 6352.05.(c) "Purchased services" means services that are purchased from agencies and individuals and that are authorized by the CPSW or JSO to assist children and families.(d) "Quality assurance" means the process that is used to monitor the quality and effectiveness of purchased services, pursuant to He-C 6352.05.N.H.
