Section He-C 6349.10 - Notification of Changes(a) For the period of certification, all providers shall notify DCYF in writing within 10 days of any change in the information contained in the application and provide documentation of the change.(b) At the time of expiration of mandatory state licenses, the provider shall submit a copy of the renewed license to DCYF within 10 days.N.H.
