Section He-C 4004.06 - Release of Information Regarding Background Checks(a) Each YSC owner and each YSC operator, if different from the owner, shall maintain the information received as a result of performing background checks as confidential information.(b) The YSC operator shall provide information as to whether a background check has been completed on camp staff to any parent or guardian of a youth who requests the information.(c) The YSC operator shall provide a copy of the listing required by He-C 4004.04(b) (5) to the department for review upon request.
