Section He-C 4003.02 - Applicability(a) The definitions in He-C 4003.03 shall apply throughout this part.(b) The rules in He-C 4003 shall apply to: (1) All YRCs as defined herein; and(2) Any organization or program exempt from licensing under RSA 170-E:3, I, that chooses to apply for and obtain a license under these rules. (c) Except as provided in (b) (2), the rules in He-C 4003.03 through He-C 4003.41 shall not apply to: (1) Any child day care agency as defined in RSA 170-E:2, IV; or(2) Places, entities, and programs exempt from licensing under RSA 170-E:3, I.N.H.
