Section He-C 4003.01 - Purpose(a) The purpose of the rules in He-C 4003.01 through He-C 4003.41 is to provide an environment conducive to promoting and protecting the health and safety of all individuals who attend or provide services at a youth recreation camp (YRC) .(b) The purpose of the rules in He-C 4003.42 is to accommodate situations where strict compliance with all requirements established in this part may not be necessary for the protection of the safety and health of the individuals who attend or provide services at a YRC.N.H.
