Section Fis 409.04 - Other Species of Fish(a) There shall be no closed season for taking black crappie, white perch, yellow perch, horned pout, or sunfish by all legal methods.(b) The daily bag limit for black crappie shall be 25 fish.(c) The daily bag limit for white perch shall be 25 fish.(d) The daily bag limit for yellow perch shall be 25 fish.(e) The daily bag limit for horned pout shall be 25 fish.(f) The daily bag limit for sunfish shall be 25 fish.(g) The aggregate daily limit for black crappie, white perch, yellow perch, sunfish, and horned pout shall not exceed 50 fish.(h) There shall be no limits on length or weight of black crappie, white perch, yellow perch, horned pout or sunfish.(i) The taking of northern pike shall be subject to the following:(1) The minimum total length shall be 28 inches; and(2) The daily bag limit shall be one fish.(j) The taking of walleye shall be subject to the following:(1) The minimum total length shall be 18 inches; and(2) The daily bag limit shall be 2 fish.N.H.
