Section Fis 409.03 - Black Bass(a) The daily bag limit shall be: (1) From January 1 to March 31, 2 fish, of which only one black bass may be greater than 16 inches; and(2) From April 1 to May 14 and June 16 to June 30, 2 fish; and(3) Five fish from July 1 to ice-in.(b) From May 15 through June 15, all black bass shall:(1) Be immediately released unharmed at the site of capture; and(2) Be taken by artificial lures and flies only.N.H.
