Section Env-Wt 603.07 - Design Plans(a) The applicant shall submit design plans for the project in both plan and elevational views that clearly depict and identify all required elements, as described in Env-Wt 311 and (b) and (c), below.(b) The plan view shall depict the following: (1) The engineering scale used, which shall be no larger than one inch equals 50 feet;(3) An imaginary extension of property boundary lines into the waterbody and a 20-foot setback from those property line extensions;(4) The location of all special aquatic sites at or within 100 feet of the subject property;(5) Existing bank contours;(6) The name and license number, if applicable, of each individual responsible for the plan, including: a. The agent for tidal docking structures who determined elevations represented on plans; andb. The certified wetland scientist or qualified coastal professional who completed the CFA report and located the identified resources on the plan; and(7) The location and dimensions of all existing and proposed structures and landscape features on the property.(c) The elevational view shall depict the following: (1) The nature and slope of the shoreline;(2) The location and dimensions of all proposed structures, including permanent piers, pilings, float stop structures, ramps, floats, and dolphins; and(3) Water depths depicted as a line with associated elevation at highest observable tide, mean high tide, and mean low tide, and the date and tide height when the depths were measured.N.H.
