Section Env-Wr 502.05 - Breach Analysis Required Due to Reconstruction

The owner shall complete a new or revised breach analysis, as applicable, to ascertain the impacts of a dam failure if:

(a) The dam is reconstructed, resulting in a larger or higher impoundment; or

(b) A change in the discharge capacity would result in reducing or increasing the effects of a dam failure.
