Section Env-Wq 1404.02 - Stormwater Management and Erosion Control(a) As required by RSA 483-B:9, V(d)(1), all new structures, modifications to existing structures, and excavation or earth moving within the protected shoreland shall be designed and constructed in accordance with RSA 485-A:17 and Env-Wq 1500, to manage stormwater and control erosion and sediment, before, during, and after construction.(b) For projects for which a stormwater management system is required by RSA 483-B:9, V(g)(1) or (2), the department shall review the proposed stormwater management system as provided in Env-Wq 1500.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wq 1404.02
