Section Env-Wq 1404.01 - Protection of Water Quality(a) No person shall undertake construction or any other activity in such a way as to degrade water quality in violation of the water quality standards specified in RSA 485-A:8 or Env-Wq 1700.(b) As required by RSA 483-B:9, V(d)(2), new structures and all modifications to existing structures within the protected shoreland shall be designed and constructed to prevent the release of surface runoff across exposed soils.N.H.
