Section Env-A 4711.04 - Limitation on Filing Reports

Monitoring and verification reports shall be filed under this part only for projects that have received consistency determinations under Env-A 4704.07(f) or (g). Monitoring and verification reports shall not be filed under this part for projects that have received consistency determinations in other participating states.
