Section Ed 408.03 - Rotation of Membership and Term of Appointment(a) The term of appointment shall be 3 years.(b) Terms of appointment as provided in this section shall end on June 30 of the year in which the term is completed.(c) The conduct of business shall not depend upon the maintenance of full council membership.(d) The term of appointment of members who are absent for 3 consecutive meetings may be reduced in length or terminated by the commissioner.(e) In the event of vacancies, the commissioner shall appoint replacements at the time such vacancies occur.N.H.
