Section Csp 304.01 - Trustee

The trustee shall be responsible for the administration of the plan in accordance with the terms of the trust documents. Except for the determinations expressly set forth in Csp 304.02, all determinations required with respect to the administration of the trust shall be made by the trustee in his or her sole discretion.
