Section Bfa 304.08 - Effectiveness of the Credit Enhancement(a) After the governor and council have made the findings required by RSA 162-A:18, the persons authorized to execute and deliver the credit enhancement documents and any related certificates on behalf of the authority shall so execute and deliver such documents and related certificates.(b) Not withstanding (a) above, any person authorized to execute and deliver such documents and certificates shall refuse to do so if in that person's judgment the documents and certificates do not adequately address or protect the financial interests of the authority or the state or are inconsistent with the purposes of RSA 162-A.N.H.
