Section Bfa 304.06 - Resolution of the BoardIf the Board approves an application, the board shall adopt a resolution which shall:
(a) Make all the general and specific findings required under RSA 162-A:18 with respect to the specific program for which the application was submitted;(b) Recommend to the governor and council that they make such findings;(c) Provide specifically that the authority shall not execute or deliver the credit enhancement documents until after the governor and council have made such findings; and(d) Authorize the staff of the authority to take all actions necessary to implement and make effective the credit enhancement authorized in the resolution.N.H.
