Section Arb 203.10 - Withdrawal of Request for Hearing

(a) A consumer or lessee may withdraw his/her request for a hearing in writing to the board.

(b) Pursuant to RSA 357-D:4, V, if a consumer or lessee withdraws his/her request for a hearing due to corrective work done by the manufacturer, the consumer or lessee may recommence his/her request for a hearing, if the corrective work is unsatisfactory.
