Section Agr 204.03 - Docketing, Service of Notice, Public Notice(a) The commissioner shall assign each adjudicatory proceeding a docket number, and serve the hearing notice upon all parties to the proceeding and the civil bureau, department of justice. The hearing notice shall be served upon the respondent and the complainant, if any, by means of certified mail.(b) Service of all subsequent orders, decisions and notices issued by the commissioner, including any amendments to the hearing notice, shall be served upon the parties, including any intervenors, by regular mail.(c) Orders, notices and decisions of the commissioner, and motions, memoranda, exhibits and other documents and data submitted to the commissioner in a docketed case shall be kept in a docket file and made available for public inspection in the commissioner's office except to the extent that confidentiality has been provided for by any other provision of law.N.H.
