Section Agr 1002.02 - Revocation of Permit(a) The seal of quality permit shall be revoked by the commissioner when it has been determined through investigation that any of the rules of this chapter have been violated, provided that: (1) The department has notified the permit holder in writing of the reasons for revocation and unless noncompliances have been corrected the permit shall be revoked after 30 days from receipt of the notice;(2) The permit holder shall be afforded the opportunity for a hearing to demonstrate the reasons why the permit should not be revoked; and(3) Any request for a hearing shall be put in writing within 10 days from notification of the department's intent to revoke.N.H.
