Section Adm 611.04 - Repairs by State Surplus Management(a) The cost of any repairs conducted by state surplus management in order to maximize the potential sales price of an item submitted to it for redistribution or disposal, including the cost of purchasing parts, shall be deducted from the proceeds that are returned under Adm 611.15 or Adm 611.16.N.H.
