Section 720.380 - Imposition of restrictions on operation of licenseeThe Secretary of State may:
1. As a condition to the issuance and retention of a license, impose any restrictions on the operation of the licensee as he or she deems appropriate; and2. Maintain in his or her file for the licensee a written record of the basis for imposing the restrictions.Nev. Admin. Code § 720.380
