Section 704.Sec. 10 - NEW

On or before September 1 of the first and second years after an electric utility has submitted a natural disaster protection plan to the Commission pursuant to section 7 of LCB File No. R085-19, the electric utility shall file with the Commission an informational progress report concerning the natural disaster protection plan that will apply to each year remaining for the period covered by the natural disaster protection plan.
