Section 704.058 - "Off-system sales" defined

"Off-system sales" means the short-term sale of energy or the capacity to produce energy, or both, where there is no commitment of the continuous availability of the energy. The term includes the short-term sale of energy provided pursuant to a tariff offering energy imbalance service.
