Section 704.056 - "Gas utility" defined

"Gas utility" means a gas utility that elects to use deferred energy accounting pursuant to NRS 704.185, including a gas utility that is authorized to make quarterly adjustments to its base tariff energy rate pursuant to subsection 8 of NRS 704.110.
