Section 704.8787 - Interconnection costs1. A qualifying facility must pay for all appropriate interconnection costs with an electric utility.2. The interconnection costs of a facility which is already interconnected with a utility to sell electric energy are limited to any additional expenses incurred by the utility to permit purchases of electric energy.3. The interconnection costs of a facility which is not already interconnected with a utility to sell electric energy are limited to the costs related to the interconnection facilities necessary to receive energy or capacity from the qualifying facility into the utility's grid in accordance with the requirements adopted by the utility.Nev.
