Section 555.Sec. 8.1 - NEWEach applicant for a license as a commercial applicator must:
1. Complete and file with the Department an application for the license, identifying each field and category of pest control on which he or she wishes to be examined; and2. Pass a written examination to demonstrate his or her:(a) Practical knowledge of each field and category of pest control identified in the application; and(b) His or her knowledge of general-use pesticides and the following subjects as they relate to such pesticides: (1) Operations for pest control;(2) An integrated approach to pest management;(4) Recommended practices for controlling pests;(5) The requirements of state and federal statutes and regulations relating to pesticides; and(6) Safety in the handling and application of pesticides.Nev.
