Section 535.025 - "Application for approval of plans for a dam" defined

"Application for approval of plans for a dam" means an application submitted pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 535.010 for approval of plans and specifications for a new dam or for the reconstruction or alteration of an existing dam.
