Section 445B.3637 - "Precious metals mining" defined

"Precious metals mining" means the mining of gold or silver ore by the owner or operator of a stationary source that belongs to Industry Group 104, Gold and Silver Ores, of Major Group 10, Metal Mining, of the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, which is adopted by reference in NAC 445B.221.
