Section 445B.3635 - "Phase-2 application" defined

"Phase-2 application" means an application which is submitted in accordance with NAC 445B.3675 to revise a mercury operating permit to construct which was issued pursuant to a phase-1 application for an existing thermal unit that emits mercury.
