Section 445B.22027 - Emissions of particulate matter: Maximum allowable throughput for calculating emissions rates

For purposes of NAC 445B.22027 to 445B.22037, inclusive, the maximum allowable throughput to be used to calculate allowable emission rates must be the maximum process weight for an emission unit.
