Section 445B.22013 - Hazardous air pollutants and toxic regulated air pollutants: Prohibited discharge

An owner or operator shall not cause or permit the discharge into the atmosphere from any stationary source of any hazardous air pollutant or toxic regulated air pollutant that threatens the health and safety of the general public, as determined by the Director.
