Section 445A.270 - Petition for exclusion from permit; application for individual permit1. Any interested person may file a written petition with the Director requesting that the holder of a general permit be excluded from the general permit and be required to apply for and obtain an individual permit.2. If a holder of a general permit has petitioned the Director to be excluded from the general permit pursuant to subsection 1, he or she must apply for an individual permit within 30 days after filing the petition with the Director.Nev.
