Section 445A.495 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.495 to 445A.5405, inclusive, and section 1, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. The words and terms defined in NAC 445A.4957 to 445A.516, inclusive, and section 1 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections; and

2. The words and terms defined in 40 C.F.R. § 141.2, as adopted by reference in NAC 445A.4525, have the meanings ascribed to them in that section.
