Section 425.120 - Determination of monthly gross income of each obligor; provision of financial information or other records to court1. The monthly gross income of each obligor must be determined by: (a) Stipulation of the parties; or(b) The court, after considering all financial or other information relevant to the earning capacity of the obligor.2. In determining the monthly gross income of each obligor, the court may direct either party to furnish financial information or other records, including, without limitation, any income tax returns.Nev.
